This one is a novel one, when you fill the cup with hot liquid the black dress that Barbara Windsor is "wearing" in the scene from Carry On Doctor disappears and reveals here hearts. This was given away as a free gift when you subscribed to the Carry On Collection partwork from Deagonstini.

Royal Doulton produced a limited edition of 1000 pairs of Toby Jugs depicting Sir Sidney Ruff-Diamond, Private Widdle (from Carry On Up the Khyber), Matron and Sir Bernard Cutting (from Carry On Doctor) in 2001, and they cost £150 a pair.
